Kina’ole: Doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time, in the right place, for the right individual, for the right reason, with the right feeling, the first time.
I've seen this word a lot recently - maybe it is speaking to my soul.
When Kina’ole started appearing frequently I looked it up to see what the word meant. Interestingly that word is sometimes interpreted as flawlessness - I'm not sure I see it that way, but I do like the guidance the definition I've included provides. It is simple and applies to all parts of life -- business included. As simple as the thought is in this definition, there are some challenging pieces to doing what it suggests and takes a fair amount of confidence, reflection and wisdom.
The idea of doing the right thing in all areas of my life becomes more and more important to me and my hope is that you see this and start to find the Kina’ole in all areas of your own life.
