1. Stone Arch Bridge - this location works in any season and includes beautiful skyline views, and your pets will love it too. 
2. Lyndale Rose Garden - all seasons offer exciting places for your pet-friendly proposal, beautiful gardens during the summer. There's a lovely fountain in the center of the rose gardens.
3. Minnehaha Falls - One of Minneapolis' oldest and most popular parks features a majestic 53-foot waterfall, limestone bluffs, and river overlooks. 
4. Boom Island Park - Located on the historic Mississippi riverfront with stunning views of the Minneapolis skyline, Boom Island Park offers a picturesque site for pet-friendly proposals, weddings, and picnics.
5. Rice Park - Rice Park is located in the heart of historic downtown Saint Paul. There's a beautiful fountain surrounded by the Saint Paul Hotel, Landmark Center, Ordway, and the Downtown Central Library. Winter with the twinkling lights is lovely.
