Saint Paul Police Mounted Patrol | Minneapolis St Paul Twin Cities Horse PhotographyMinnesota offers some fun events and one of my favorites to wander around at is the Minnesota Horse Expo held at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights. This site is adjacent to the agricultural campus of the University of Minnesota and it is a fun outing to see horses after a long winter. As we were wandering we came across the Saint Paul Police Department Mounted Patrol and had some fun shooting photos of the officers interacting with Expo visitors.
